All of our apartments have gas hot water and gas furnaces. If a Tenant has any type of hot water or heating issue, please call Vermont Gas Systems at (802) 863-4511. We have an arrangement with Vermont Gas and they will take care of any issues with the hot water heater or furnace. See Furnace and Hot Water Heater Information.
We allow for a washer and electric dryer in the unfinished basement, but it is up to the Tenant to make sure the dryer is properly installed and vented.
