All of our apartments are townhouse style, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, an open kitchen (with outside deck), dining and living room on the first floor, and an unfinished basement for storage and washer and (electric) dryer hook-ups.

The flooring for the 1st and 2nd floors is wood (parquet). The kitchen has an electric stove/oven and a refrigerator. There is no dishwasher or central air conditioning.
Except for the Winooski apartments, each apartment has a detached garage (single car). All of our apartments have visitor parking.
