Vacancies

Any vacancies for our townhouse style apartments are posted on the Vermont Apartment Listings section of Craigslist.com (Search “McHugh Apartments”).

Floor Plan

All of our apartments are townhouse style, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, an open kitchen (with outside deck), dining and living room on the first floor, and an unfinished basement for storage and washer and (electric) dryer hook-ups.

The flooring for the 1st and 2nd floors is wood (parquet). The kitchen has an electric stove/oven and a refrigerator. There is no dishwasher or central air conditioning.

Except for our Winooski apartments, each apartment has a detached garage (single car). All of our apartments have room for visitor parking.

Pet Policy
Except as required by law, we only allow for up to two cats, and no other pets. Unless prohibited by law, we reserve the right to require an additional security deposit from Tenants with a permitted pet.

Utilities
All of our apartments have gas hot water and gas furnaces. If a tenant has any type of hot water or heating issue, please call Vermont Gas Systems at (802) 863-4511. We have an arrangement with Vermont Gas and they will take care of any issues with the hot water heater or furnace. See Furnace and Hot Water Heater information.

We allow for a washer and electric dryer in the unfinished basement, but it is up to the Tenant to make sure the dryer is properly installed, vented and maintained at all times. The Tenant is responsible for all costs related to installation and removal.
